Re: Pole Survey's

Hi;  I did some of that work in Brookly/Bronx, New York.  It was for make ready and we also had to take midspan measurements over the roads and driveways.  We also had to write-up make-ready and meet with ConED, Borough Municipal, Fire Dept, NyNex for some of the make ready scenarios. There was a reasonable amount of paperwork and photos.  At the time I was an employee so I don't know how to price the billing for the survey. But they had line items for the make-ready, like moving an attachment or street light or adding and extgension arm, the list was fairly long for the line items.  The surveys I wrote up would then go to the differen utilities for their review and eventurally be submitted to whoever owned the pole for make-ready.  Good work, kind of interesting to deal with all of the utilities.
