 the F DUHH! A  is coming to the rescue! ALL those evil smokers will know what we can do to them!... we keep taxing and taxing and taxing and THEY just dont get it! Do they!? Now we'll bring the F DUHHH! A to help eliminate second hand smoke and the toxicity emanated by such pernicious fumes which is harming our enviroment AND helping to cause GLOBAL WARMING in our planet. Our Office has commintted to have every smoker carry an ID card which will be electronically designed to allow 1 purchase of a pack every TWO days. Our President has commited to backing such measure, even though he smokes, but well, he's the President.
 Dont Worry, We'll take care of you, of you ALL.
