Excellent thread. My husband was working for a TWC prime and was let go with absolutely NO explantion, when they did come up with one a week later they said it had to do with a customer complaint only we had a recording of a voicemail on my husbands cell from that customer telling us how he contacted TWC and told them what a good job he had done. He couldn't get ANY info from the prime and was told if he attemped to go to the TWC offices he would be physically removed by security. He has been told he isn't allowed to work in ANY TWC system anywhere ever again. Now if that isn't black balling I don't know what is....
