yeh its just a way to fuck you over.. when you call in and it asks for your sbca# or installer id just tell them some random number or tell them you don't have one if you use the automated just hit # to skip that part i never got a non responder chargeback ever i belive they track them that way because retailers dont get that report only hsp's do also have the customers sign off on somthing that says they dont have land line service, if worse comes to worse you could threaten to sue them because really its no fault of your own and if you have paperwork to back it up any judge will rule in your favor.. really what it is tho is the hsp is paying you 5$ to run the line and hook it up its gay but on the bright side atleast they arnt paying 5 dolars per ao and 5 per phone line sometimes you get lucky and u dont have to run anything...
