yeh for some reason some of the new r-22's come pre hilighted for the 18x20 and 72 degree i had that problem and spent an hour tryng to figure out why its not working finnally just activated it it worked fine so i went back in and ran the setup agian and saw that i had that hilighted atleast you know now if they do that thats whats wrong..
