Re: day off

Just  curious????   What is a "Tech" ?
So I know.....because when an installer can't get the return to work..they call a "Tech"    And then some guy shows up in a bucket truck and does some "Magic" on the pole and everything ....WORKS!!!   just not sure why a "Tech"  has to call a"Tech" to make things work???  Help me out???   please.
