you have to branch out and figure out what is going to make you the most money. yes you will fail a few times but in the long run you'll find what you are looking for. these hsp are the true down fall of the satellite installation world. the fact that all you need to do is pass a background and go thru a two week training class to be a installer is why the pay rate is what it is. a union is the prefect idea there should be a  apprenticeship plus class room training then like the journetman of the unions you can be a installer. there should also be E-Verify citizenship checks on all installers. plus you should have the right to be a installer removed if you are reported as a hack.
