Re: Charter Broke?

When GFC went Ch. 11 they sent out letters trying to get all money paid out to vendors and contractors. Vendors like Pep Boys GFC used to service their vehicles and TVC who they bought materials from had to pay back all money received in the last 90 days. Contractors that didn't get a attorney had to pay back the money too. GFC is so wrong for even trying to get money back from their contractors.
