Re: Charter contracts

When a company goes chapeter 11, it is for reorganization. It is a way to get thier indebtedness undercontrol.
As far as installation contractors are concerned, future prices won't change because of the bankruptcy, "You will
get paid" for what you correctly invoice for in a timely fashion or the bankruptcy court will take action. The bad
news is you can kiss the monies owed you good-by, also the bankruptcy court can will come after any monies paid to you
up to a year before the date of the bankruptcy, Remember Adelphia? Any sweet heart deals like Carter people pulled in the northeast
can land you jail.Good Luck.
