Need some technical advice on a t-40

Hey guys, I am having a problem with one of our t-40c's The boom is bleeding off.  I have already had the main ram rebuilt and the hold valve assembly was curious if anyone had any other advice.  Was thinking it might be the emergency lower solenoid.  I did install a new one of these when I re-wired the truck two years ago.  Any help would be appreciated.
