simple solution, whatever credit card you signed up with report it lost. They charge your card when you cancel service, and they do that without asking.If a company has your credit card info and a contract you've signed saying they can use it, well you are asking to get stuck.The 10 bucks it may cost to replace a card is well worth it to gain back control of your account. Now all they can do is put it on your credit which can be disputed, but your money is safe from them. 500 is alot of money to argue about after its been taken from you.
