 I too worked for Mastec, NEVER had a charge back, NEVER had a late check because i documented my work to cover my ass, paperwork and quality installs preside over anything else. If you are a good tech they will treat you right if you are a hack and can't communicate thru your paperwork don't waste your time. I watched them take pay from hacks all day long, the only gripe i had with that was they should have just fired the hacks instead of stealing their money week after week. Everyone on this site is the best at whatever they do, just ask them, but watch the ones who are bitchin about chargebacks week after week, you should be smart enough to read between the lines.
