Re: knight back charge

Sounds fair, I work for a contractor that does the same thing.  If it is issued to me and I don't use it, I have to return it.  If sub doesn't have the power pack or remote, I annotate on my work order and the sub is charged and not me.  Sounds like good business sense to ensure we return what is not ours.
