He did call at 6:30 p.m. and say he was "running late" (yes I said 6:30 p.m.) NO SHIT EINSTEIN your running late no wonder no-one has any respect for most people in this business how can you call a customer 3 hours late and say I am running late and then never show and expect that custome to call back for an install??
