I have heard of before but, this one is the worst.I have been woking for this prime for some years now and he expects us to pay 12% of our pay for a wc and gl policy that we can't even get our dec page.We can't even get our own because it is not good enough for him. I have got an attorney and he is in violation of many laws 1. Misclassifying employees as independent contractors 2.mishandling of funds 3.workmans comp insurance premium fraud. and there are several others.How could you be under an umbrella policy if you aren't even employee,this guy needs to wake up. If anybody would like to know more about these violations and what can be done let me know. If you have worked with this guy in the past let him pay for his crimes and take a stand against people like this in the business
