Can I assume that this is in a cablevision system, if it is they are noturious for this.

Here in NJ they do this to someone almost every month just cause their QC's are bad and they encourage their QC tech to go into contractors trucks and steal cable boxes to teach the tech to lock their truck.

The MSO'S have entirely to much power of the system and it will only keep getting worse until someone get's shot for goin in someone's truck or firing and banning a guy to work and feed his family, it's only a matter of time, then they'll take their power back.

I got black listed for a system cause I forgot my toner at a job and the customer complained to the cable company that I was harrasing her and all I wanted was my toner back.
