I thought they weren't filing until April 1st.
Anyways it is not surprising, they at least where we live offer substandard service in comparison to TWC and Comcast. Thier equipment is old and outdated, the boxes they are giving out as HD boxes don't even have HDMI capabilities. And don't even get me started on their deplorable customer service.
My husband currently subs for them, he will go to a customers house with a work order to install say a DVR box, the customer says they didn't order any box, just called customer service with a question about their bill. This scenario happens at least 3 times a week.
I am praying the will chop up and sell like Adelphia did, since we are in NC most likely TWC would purchase them and that would be a god send.
