Yes, blackball listing are ILLEGAL.. It is against federal law, which overrules any state laws.. We had a case here in Indiana a few years back, the best case is get a attorney who specializes in these types of cases, not a run of the mill lawyer who will take any type of case. I have the name of good attorneys here in Indiana. GOOD LUCK!
