never give up. ive had this proublem. dish might be on wrong satellite or possibly warped. try taking dish off pole. double check to make sure mast is level in both directionsand sight across dish surface to make sure it isnt bent. ive seen this cause weird proublems. then realign.   give it a try if out of optons. dont give up!! there has to be a reason. also do you have clear line of sight to all sats. ?? a tree branch you might think is not bl ocking might be. disconnect all lines except dvr and run new double.  ive seen weird grounds cause weird proublems. try an isolater between wall outlet and power strip. tv and reciever must be plugedd into strip and all oter equipment. isolater is 3 prong to 2 prong adapter from dollar store. well good luck. ps just trying to share info ive accumulated.
