I have a buddy that's been down there about a couple months now.  says he's busy.  talked to the people in charge and didn't like the smell of the way retainage is handled.  also my buddy says that there are hidden chargebacks (administrative). haven't checked with him in a few weeks since i'm making the bills and i have faith that the summer will be ok if not good.
