Re: Direct DVR install giving me issues?

I changed LNB's. I swapped DVR's. I took the exixting line out of tuner 2 and the line I ran was still jumping from 95 to 0. I seen this before with a bad power strip so I ran extension cord from a seperate electrical outlet still same problem? There is not any reason I can think of that would be causing this.
