Dish has allot of problems starting with the simple fact that allot of thier customers find the equipment confusing and difficult to use. Yes they (customers) are morons who refuse to pick up a owners manuel, but all the same Dish is trying to get them to pay the bill.
Top that off when the customers do call in they are talking to a pakistan guy who they cant understand and who cant understand them.
Finally Echostar produces very nice equipment, but it is trouble prone and very dependent on the install. Which is fine as long as the install is good, but dish network will not pay to have a bad install corrected.
And not to mention the deceptive advertising and pricing plans.
Lots of problems with this company.
