I have never understood sat tv.Why should the sub provide material? They (Directv dish net ) pay a good price for the Installation, to the prime.He takes his cut and doesn't pay for material.Seems the actual sub contractor has more cash in the JOB (install) than the prime.Many CATV companies have Coax manufactured for there systems,to there specs.Seems there would be no unapproved material on the job if the Prime provided material and paid a little less on the Install,to the sub.Again Directv, Dish net pays a Installation price to include material.I hate to think how much the Primes makes off of his sub contractors,who has all the expences,truck roll,material,taxes,etc.How ever what do I know!!!
