David Passed away in Oct of 2007 not Sept.

Alot of things have had to change. They lost thier sheppard and things had to change to save the legacy of his company. Hard to pay salaries with no work. David himself would have been forced to make some tough decisions in regards to his long term employees. The econemy didn't help things either for any of our sakes. Someone has to to make the best tough decisions even though they are not the most popular.

Make no mistake, BCI is still a strong company even when faced with having to release some long term, faithful, talented employees and dealing with the toughest economic times in 70 years.

I knew David very well and understood his philosiphy when it came to managing the bottom line. Some sacrifices have to made of the few to save the many.
