Amen Cperk! The goal should be to get the cx. the highest signal possible and leave them happy w/ the service. Not installing grommetts and drip loops and all the other unecessary bull#@%$ that the powers that be, whom have never been on an installation, deem necessary! Every tech on here has taken shortcuts at sometime or another and if you say you haven't you are a godd@#% lie!! It doesn't make the rates go up. It doesn't compromise the signal. The world just keeps on turning. And you are not gonna be recognized for your efforts and offered 100k/yr. job with directv or dish network or any of the cable companies. So do us all a favor and stop the ass kissing on the bar. Your supes not reading this and if he is he could care less. Spare us the "I'm a great tech routine".
