The alarm will no longer work but that is the subs problem weather they disco voluntarily or for non-pay it is in the fine print on the work order under terms and conditions (on a Comcast work oder it is and I am pretty sure TWC has a disclaimer as well)
This is the same thing that happens when you disco from Verizon it does not work without tone no matter where it comes from
