I wonder what part the temporary ATT bundle played in the churned subscribers. As a tech, I saw first hand the unsatisfied subscribers as many were promised prices and or services that can't be met. It's bad enough to get a sales rep who is educated on the product but is over-ambitious, much less a uneducated rep who is just as ambitious.
But then again, I am just a tech out in the field aka "the face of the company".
