And then start looking for another job! because by the time the unions done bending over the guy you worked for, he will hang an out of business sing out front, and for sale signs on the equipment. So he can pay off the dedt incured, not manny of you have owner mentalities you cry like little spoiled brats that don't have to pay the bills, give me ,give me, give me more."I think you  do nothing and make all the money off my back"."So now I will get some one and make you pay more, we will strong arm you Mr.Owners and you will pay though the noses.Just because you put all your time and money into starting a business and went and got the work.We are laze and want more,and will pay these guy's (the Union)to get it for us.We don't care what it costs you or what you put into it you have it and we want it but we wont do what you did to get it. you did it and we are going to take it".Do Any of you know how much they take?, and what do they do with your money? Do you really Know?and who pay ?
