make ready in southern california

i am looking for indivuals who are proficient in make ready engineering (go95). this is a long term project for rcn. pay for experienced crews is the min. of $10 a pole depending on experience. the average crews are completing 70-80 poles a day. if you want a piece of the pie contact mike at (-REDACTED-)
