Yes theorigcable you are right.  I took a 60% pay cut and the company didn't take it.  They took it out of our "The Tech's" the ones that make the $$$$$  for the company.  You know that they big wigs didn't take a 60% pay cut.  It's BS but just like you said what can you do about it.  Keep looking and if you want to relocate you can or transfer I'm doing it to a place better and more $$$$  then what I'm make here.
