Worked for them a few years ago, employee owned is right and it seems like the only ones they consider employees are the managers and the people in Iron Mountain. They made a point out of handing out employee handbooks and did not stand behind the ststements, or practices in it. While i was there a couple of smart and talented people quit them and went to other companies, they wanted me to go 
to next project and i declined, found out from a manager that the ones that did go were broke and could not make ends meet, pay was crappy and it was in a resort town in California.
If you are a sub i believe the pay is good, was when i was there, in-house FORGET about it!!
