i currently work for them in the south, had no choice they were the only company with work, but they are the most unorganized operation i have ever worked for.  you have to call 4 different numbers just to get one thing done.  supervisors have no idea how to route, and you better watch out for otg's,  i personally think they route contractors so that they cannot make every job on time, so that they can backcharge them with a otg's... my advice cover your butt.
