With Interlink things are always choked.   The more techs the less work.  The les techs the less work  Recent email said work is to pick up in 5 weeks for Dtv.  Now there are only 4 trucks getting one or two orders a day. With 10 trucks they still only had one or two orders a day.   B/c s are frequent and excessive.
