I am speaking as a hole Not a per incident . Yes this mihgt happen if your leader allows this but again it would have to be part of the contract . contracts are written so all members for that local agree or dis agree . . again your local may agree on one idem yet in spokane they agree a different way . only complicated if you are a union traveler . I personally worked as a union electical worker low voltage , and most big cities Like chicgo or washington would have different interpertations of a rule . Sometimes would stop a job before it got started other times you would pay a fine and there workers to do the job .
So a per incident sennaro can be missleading on a reply or a post .
