Two scenarios:
One- Just imagine some of the responses they get from here. Better to gauge some prospects simply by their ability to speak english
effectively. Keep them at arms length so you won't have to hear from them 500 more times before they get the picture.
Two- The outfit that is hiring is garbage and they are giving you plenty of insight into this by how they communicate.
Just some possibilities.
