Re: HR22 and 4 line kaku LNB's. WHAT THE @#$%

I had one yesterday. We had a bit of a storm and I was having trouble w/ 103b odd.
I could get 103 in but would lose 99.The direct tech support asked me some questions about how I peaked the dish while he pulled up the weather in my area. He offered a waiver and I was on my way. He was very helpfull and pretty cool to. That was the first time I ever asked for a waiver except once for trees. I would like to know why the HR22-700 is easier then the 100. Anyone know?
