Yes, I always got paid, so did most evey one else. I suppose when in the business for so long there are those that like you and those that do not. I just happened to be with them at a time when things were shaky. They lacked the equipment to run the company properly and delayed correcting many problems too long. In the wake of that trouble some people were un deservingly let go to appease what was at that time TWC. This was the chain of events that led to my departure from the company. I can not work for people who intentionally allow that type of thing to occur. I am thankful to have found a company that has been fair to me thus far. 

I still think RWLs lack of diversity will prove a hardship with cable moving the direction that it is.

We'll see what happens this year!!
