Yeah , you must work at the ISS during off hours. Do what the Doc told you...In inclement weather hell sometimes I have problems getting a R-22 with an 18" dish to pass, and I always runs dual lines to the dvr's..Why have one if it's not working correctly. I will never call the waiver dept. , never...Just set the thing on the 18" dish, multi-switch then after you peak the dish go ahead and activate like normal ( don't let it download ). After activation, go to the menu repeat satellite set-up set for 5 lnb, or 3 lnb whatever you got and if it fails for low signal quality, at the bottom this time it will have a cancel tab, just hit cancel, it will re-aquire sat info. Then the HD channels will be there, don't just leave because you have signal quality on the 103 and 99 , make sure you peak them up even if you have to do what Doc sid and have the customer look at the screen and call them on your cell phone whatever. Don't leave the customer with a low signal....bottom line...
