It's interesting you feel the need to come online and defend a man in a case you have no knowledge of.I have no reason to lie on Tony.He KNOWS he owes me money and that checks in the mail BS. is getting old.You don't promise a guy that you don't owe that his check was mailed out,you simply say "I don't owe you money".Next time you want to write a novel make sure you get some facts.He's always taken retainage and we didn't collect money on the project I worked on for him.I actually thought Tony was a good guy,but good guys don't take food off of a mans table,PERIOD.Tony acknowledges owing me money"Caltex" so stick your nose where it belongs,not here.
