you say the charges passed from dtv to interlink to you.
the thought process hasn't grabbed you yet. Dtv passes few charges-it is normally the hsp in the area that drums up the worlds greatest chargebacks that anyone has ever heard of. Then you have the contractors that give their own version of chargebacks. Just because you are told it is coming from dtv doesn't make it so. Most techs can't research the jobs so they just accept the chargebacks and keep working.
My advice is to keep a digital camera and start taking pics of the jobs as you do them and keep them on a flash drive for the 60-90 days.
You will have your reference point that way. Another way is to research the job in seibel and see what is notated their to find out if a tech rolled out to your job to fix something. Money is the motivator. They can keep charging back to the techs and they figure it is free money.
