Call C-Cor Electronics in State College, PA. Ask to talk to Lisa Davis (814) 238-2461 or Scott Ishler. Either one can help. They have the proper documentation on all the older Phillips gear.
FYI- C-Cor bought Phillips many years ago and now they are owned by ARRIS.
