Well brothers and sisters sounds like it is a company wide issue not just in the construction divison. When they take a person from running an Arbies fast food resturaunt and put him as a project manager in St Louis with no formal education there might be a problem. Just because you worked for charter dont mean you can manage projects. Just my thought.
