If you are talking about what the CMTS reports upstream SNR(MER) then no, unless you have someone log into the CMTS while the 860i is online with the cable modem.

 Other than that what Joe said gives you a good idea of what the upstream is doing. I have seen good upstream CNR reported by the Trilithic, but still had bad upstream SNR on the CMTS.
