Yes they sell the small parts. So it works out good for the provider.
The provider even requires use to use the fittings and cable they sell.
Dish is 40 for s/c and 45 for upgrades.
Great now they fire 5 guy's for too high a trouble call rates. No one even told them there was a problem before.
And for that matter bad equipment is included in it. All these guy's had been in the business less than six months.
It is a shame that no they don't try to hold on to anyone. They don't have the proper training, experience or tools.
I mean I went through this but still it seems kind of rough.
