I don't know how long you have been in cable but NaComs pricing is usually lower than industry standards. Management is usually filled with inexperienced people. If you do work for them I would recommend not purchasing any tools or equipment from them. They have service charges and handling fees which can be as high as 20%. I worked for them in Kansas City in 1996. I also heard a rumor that NaCom is pulling out of the cable industry altogether. Hope it works out for you.
