I'll bet a weeks wages that a man on hooks is faster than a man on a ladder!  If you carry that ladder in enough yards it will eventually get heavy and slow you down.  And, whats that ladder going to do for you on those really tall poles?  Good luck with all of that.  Your better off putting those hooks on in the morning and taking them back off on the way to the shop!  Unless your paid hourly.....
