the dumbest thing I've seen in 28+ years is the SNET power bus system we built.
SNET built a power system and planned to run 480 volts below catv.
we built a sh*tload of it, some had a high count fiber moulded in a 9 conducter cable. big bucks.
cablevision waited til it was almost complete to raise a stink and the project was scrubbed.
