my experience has been 9.00 per house if on a trap system,5.00 per house(dwelling)if on addressable system with an opt of 1st month cable bill amount to get illeagel service signed on legal.1.00 for every door hang with add.2.00 disconnect of an illegal service.
this is at contractor price if subcontracting drop 40% and you should be in the ball park of what you should expect to recieve from a contractor.
