Worst system in america to work on, Austin TWC.   No way a contractor, or a prime can survive for a long period.  They will cut your throat every way they can think of, i used to work down there when there was Tiger Cable, and CTS, both good companies.  Where are they now?  Killed by TWC, that's where.  Run while you can.  Learn another trade, or travel to another location if you want to do cable.  Too much desperate cheap labor in Austin for a decent contractor to compete.
