Unless Management for Cox down there has changed. I would advise you to stay the hell way from them. And if you have never been there before, you had better go with someone that has or find someone that you can trust there. It's a different world. Was raised in Old Algiers, and still have family there. Outsiders have a hard way to go in the Easy. Good luck.
